Owner Sarah Burgoyne, with her passion for modern British/European recipes, produces simple unfussy dishes focusing on clean flavours elegantly presented.
All jams, preserves, and compotes for breakfast are homemade, the orange juice is freshly squeezed every morning and a selection of delicious sparkling cordials are available to enjoy throughout your stay.

PRICING
Deposits are required to confirm all reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation charges – It is our policy that should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable for 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
Due to the advanced Glyndebourne booking system all cancellations during this period will be charged at 50% of the full booking amount or 100% if the cancellation occurs within the last 4 weeks.

Sarah creates picnic hampers made to order. Each hamper is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, offering a taste of the best local produce, whether you’re planning a visit to Glydnebourne, walking on the South Downs or simply just going out for the day.
